APM Terminals recrute 8 Profils (Tanger)
HR Junior Recruiter
Key responsibilities
 Manages Recruitment sessions and coordinates recruitment events.
Makes all arrangements for interviews together with HR assistant; Interview schedule, and prepares information for all interviewing managers, including copies of application form, resumes, and interview record forms
Prepares and places recruitment advertisements through the internet and other advertising mediums
Assists in reviewing internal and external applications and resumes for minimum education and experience requirements
Assists on conducting screening interviews with candidates, drafting shortlists with the most appropriate candidates
Assists in administration of assessment tool (PI/LI) on location
Develops and maintains an effective database mainly for Blue Collar candidates in liaison with LR Manager
Communicates with candidates and hiring managers appropriately at all times, providing timely notice of status of application
Establishes and maintains positive, customer service oriented relationships with all managers, answering questions and providing appropriate HR support and direction
Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within

Training HR assistant, and other team members as needed
 Performs all other duties as required

We are looking for
 Requires a college degree preferably in human resources or general management
Requires at least 1-2 years’ experience of recruiting experience including experience working with head-hunters/search firms
Good communication skills, ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent negotiating and presentation skills required
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with recruits, internal customers and business partners
High drive, self-motivating, detail oriented
Good knowledge of Computer and other office machines
Administrative Skills: Compile statistics, File maintenance, Correspondence skills, Phone Etiquette, Interpersonal skills
Being presentable and Professional to reflect the good image of the company

Operations Supervisor
Key responsibilities
 Under guidance of the Execution Manager, this position supervises a group of foremen, quay crane checkers, operators & drivers ensuring subordinates perform their jobs efficiently, safely and in a timely manner
With an emphasis on operations on the quay, yard and gates, the position ensures effective and timely coordination of various activities which contribute to the achievement of targeted productivity

We are looking for
 Requires a master degree or engineering degree in logistics, business administration or any relevant field
5-7 years of previous leadership experience involving on the field work with large amount of workers/labor
Requires the ability to work well under pressure for long hours
Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills
Must be computer literate and continuous improvement driven
Previous experience in the port environment is an advantage
Holding a valid driving license
Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English and French as well as fluency in the local language
Requires good interpersonal skills to interact across section of the company’s departments, at all levels, and with subcontractors

Gate Manager
We are looking for
Master Degree in Transportation, Economics, Business Studies or Logistics
Experience of at least 5 years in dealing with the Moroccan Port environment in a management role
Proven experience in dealing with customs clearance processes, port formalities or trucking activities in/with the port complex of Tangier Med
In-depth knowledge and experience of the different processes, actors and regulations involved in the flow of import/export container
Excellent knowledge of Government Agencies (especially Customs) imports and exports procedures
Excellent communicator, able to build up relationships at all levels and influence others without formal authority
Ability to be a problem solver and an independent facilitator in which to resolve any customer issue with due respect of company policies
Must be conversant with MS Office suite
Proficiency in English, French and Arabic

Deck Man
We are looking for

Qualification
Requires a bachelor degree in science
Familiar with the computer software
Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills
Excellent visual acuity
Works well under pressure
Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English and French as well as fluency in the local language
Requires good interpersonal skills

Resources Planer
Key responsibilities
Ensure labor is efficiently planned and ordered according to the operational requirements and legislative approvals
Prepare shift rosters for fixed and flexible staff
Record and report lateness, sick leaves, absenteeism…
Ensure annual leaves for all operations employees are planned and consumed as per target
Provide operations staff on shift with administrative documentation from HR department
Support the distribution events for shift employees when required
Manage operations equipment such as ops cars and vessel mobile phones
Support the implementation of the Labor Management System through testing and procedures setting

Safety
Understand and follow the company’s safety system
Protect one self and those around from unsafe acts
Actively participate in contributing to zero accidents
Report any unsafe acts
Alert to risks and unsafe acts that could result in an accident

We are looking for
Requires a Masters degree in Law, Information technology, applied economics or any other relevant field
Requires at least 2 years of experience in resources planning, preferably in a large manufacturing factory
Understands safety regulations, safe working procedures and safe materials handling procedures
Requires the ability to maintain high level quality of work under pressur
Proven and demonstrated ability to deal efficiently with staff requests and issues
Requires advanced level of verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic
